For children aged 6 to 12 years old.
During a fun workshop, children discover and carry out all the stages of cheese making by themselves. But in fact...where does the milk come from? What does PDO mean? What utensils are used to make it? Why do some cheeses have holes? What senses do we use to taste them? When you leave, you will know everything about Savoy cheeses.
