As part of its efforts to restore heritage orchards, the CCPEVA is offering free workshops to learn how to prune and graft fruit trees.
As part of an initiative to safeguard heritage orchards, the Pays d'Évian - vallée d'Abondance community of communes is committed to planting and maintaining old-growth trees typical of the region. Today, these trees are in serious decline, but they are of particular importance to the region's landscape and history. Fruit trees also provide biodiversity with food and shelter.
If you have pruning shears, please bring them with you.
