Nordic activities Bernex Bernex
On the edge of the village, far from the hustle and bustle of the alpine ski slopes, discover the joys of skiing in a different way. Bernex offers a cute little Nordic area with 7.5 km of cross-country skiing, as well as excellent snowshoe trails, a toboggan run and an ice rink.
Thollon-Les-Mémises
At the top of the gondola, you’ll find a 6 km piste, groomed only when there’s snow, which takes you to the Pic des Mémises.
Thollon boasts a Nordic ski area that has been refurbished as a multi-activity area, with magnificent views over Lake Geneva. You can go snowshoeing, tobogganing and even paragliding!

With 9 trails (23 km) for cross-country skiing, La Chapelle d’Abondance and Châtel have the largest Nordic ski area in our region. Daily groomed, you’ll be able to ski on quality trails with double tracking, both skating and cross-country. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier, there’s something for everyone!
In addition to Nordic skiing, you’ll also find biathlon, orienteering, dog sledding and toboggan runs.
